I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of summer vacation! School is officially over, and you have tons of free time to do whatever pleases you. However, it is quite easy to get bored, and devote time to unproductive tasks. If you have nothing to do during your summer vacation, an idea to look into is volunteerism. Instead of staring at the television all day, why not donate your time to help others? There are dozens of organizations that need assistance, so it is impossible not to find one that will peak your interest. If you love to read, volunteer at the library once a week, or if you love animals, spend time at an animal shelter. Not only will you have a way to pass your time, but you will also feel good about giving back to your community. Good luck!
